This statement applies to SCOUT AI GROUP LTD and covers the period from incorporation (28 October 2025) to 29 January 2026.
SCOUT AI GROUP LTD is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. We take a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking, and we aim to act ethically and with integrity in all business relationships.
SCOUT AI GROUP LTD operates as a consultancy and services business. Our supply chain may include, for example:
- professional services and contractors
- software, cloud and SaaS providers
- IT and office equipment suppliers
- marketing and research services
- business support services
We recognise that modern slavery risks can exist across many sectors and deeper tiers of supply chains.
We aim to maintain appropriate policies and controls to support our approach to preventing modern slavery, including:
- ethical standards and expectations for working practices
- supplier/partner expectations (including contractual standards where appropriate)
- routes to report concerns (speak-up / whistleblowing)
- internal ownership for risk oversight and escalation
We take a proportionate, risk-based approach to identifying where modern slavery risks may arise. In assessing risk, we consider:
- sector and geography
- use of subcontracting, labour agencies, or temporary staffing
- supply chain complexity
- the nature of the service provided and workforce vulnerability factors
Our due diligence is proportionate to the relationship and may include:
- supplier onboarding questions and checks where appropriate
- asking suppliers to confirm compliance with applicable anti-slavery laws
- using contractual terms to set expectations and require cooperation where proportionate
- requesting additional information from higher-risk suppliers and taking steps to remediate concerns
Modern slavery can be difficult to detect, so we focus on continuous improvement. During the period covered by this statement, we have:
- set expectations for ethical conduct and transparency
- reviewed our approach to risk assessment and supplier due diligence to identify improvements for the next period
Over the next period, we intend to strengthen our approach by:
- formalising supplier standards and onboarding checks
- improving documentation of risk assessments for relevant suppliers/relationships
- defining simple measures to track progress (for example, supplier acceptance of standards and outcomes of reported concerns)
We aim to ensure relevant team members understand modern slavery risks and how to escalate concerns. Guidance and training will be provided where appropriate, particularly for colleagues involved in procurement, contracting, and supplier management.
